Order Cancellation, Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

Exchange & Returns

Only for products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange.

If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 7 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested. Value of the order is refunded through original mode of payment. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Gift Returns: All the above policies apply to products purchased or delivered as Gifts.

 To be eligible for a return, please follow the below mentioned conditions.

  • Product should be unused.
  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Product should be returned in the same packaging with all accessories.
  • You are required to send product within one day of return request from www.rangvela.in with price tag if any.
  • If required apply more packaging to protect product from further damage
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please e-mail us at rangvela6@gmail.com or you can directly cancel the order by logging in to your account in  www.rangvela.in  You can only cancel the order before it has been shipped. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will be dealt on a case by case basis.

www.rangvela.in reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like unavailability of product or quantity or any unforeseen conditions. In case, payment is deducted from your account or card, the same amount will be reversed back to your account or card.
